Sunshine, blue sky, balmy temperatures and blossoms formed the backdrop for a day of fun and games at VBCC on St. Patrick’s Day.
Thanks to many—Kathy and Anita who made the split pea-potato (Irish) soup, those who baked the variety of breads, biscuits and desserts, the setup, server and cleanup volunteers—for making it possible for thirty+ members to enjoy lunch and social time.
Also thanks to club balladeer Richard for entertaining the group with a set of Irish tunes and leading a sing-along. Then it was out on the greens for fun in the sun.
A glorious spring day, the harbinger of many more to come!
