Cutthroat Ladder organized by Chris Jones has proven to be one of the more popular bowling events at VLBC this summer. A record twenty-eight players turned out this Sunday morning, including a visitor from Australia.
Groups of 3 and 4 bowlers spilled out onto two greens. The 4-part cloth-arrow doodads hand-crafted by Chris made scoring of 4-3-2-1 points for bowls closest to the jack easier to track. Chris has been charting the scores and making up teams as individuals move up and down the ladder.

Games have been followed by an opportunity to get to know fellow bowlers over a cup of tea and an impromptu contribution of appies, baking and fruit.
A big thank you goes to Chris for organizing this and the Fun Games on Tuesday evenings.
